Necessary documents

Generally, the reception staff will ask for:

• Your insurance card and a coverage if necessary.
• Your ID.

Services such as the telephone line opening and the tv availability are all handled at the reception desk Once these administrative routines are completed, you will be asked to go to the health care service.

Upon arrival to the floor, go to the nurses staff (Post treatment). They Will lead you to your room.
